Social Actions
As a way of being closer to the community and caring for the future, we support the Cinema and Theater in the Country (Cinema e Teatro na Roça) project, which brings socio-environmental awareness to children through a cinema or theater session with themes about education and the environment. This work is carried out in partnership with the Military Environmental Police.
Through this project we offer autonomy so that communities can produce their own food. We guide the community on everything from assessing the soil for planting to selecting the appropriate inputs and cultivating their gardens.
Our corporate volunteering is carried out by 50 CMAA employees who contribute by actively participating in socio-environmental projects, getting closer to the community, and providing support in planning, infrastructure, logistics.
Children and teenagers from public schools are encouraged to raise awareness of environmental preservation, through the selection of waste, and financial responsibility, through the exchange of recyclable products in a fictitious currency to purchase books, products from the community garden and educational toys.
