In the Leadership Development Program, Diversity and Inclusion issues are addressed aiming at the well-being of the teams. We also conduct the CMAA com Elas program, focusing on training female labor and developing women in communities.
In our commitment to respecting diversity in our daily operations, we implement various internal initiatives. Notably, we offer our employees Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) courses to promote inclusion and accessibility. We collect regular feedback from PwD employed in our company.
