Safety is more than value, it is our essence, and every detail is thought out to ensure the well-being of employees, partners, the community, and the environment. With this in mind, we developed a series of actions that prioritize this value that is so important to us.
The project aims to preserve the life and safety of our employees during production processes. We conduct training and communication sessions with each team. In addition to that, everyone has the right to refuse, ensuring the right to decline an activity that does not comply with the Rules for Life.
The program aims to develop a work environment focused on zero accidents, through behavior change based on the pillars of: Attitude, Perseverance and Discipline. All of this is based on safe practice in carrying out activities.
Our goal is to ensure a safe work environment for our employees and the surrounding community. CMAA's installations and operations are carried out in accordance with national Regulatory Standards (NRs), in addition to complying with recommendations from external and internal authors.
The health and safety of our service providers and contractors is a priority for us. We establish policies, standards, and procedures that we publish periodically through workshops, meetings, and best practice manuals.
